Shipping The standard cost for shipping is based on the weight and destination of the product(s) shipped. The shipping charge is non-refundable. In most cases, shipping will be next working day but can take up to 3 days from the time the order was originally placed. Return Policy / Warranty Information Incorrectly ordered goods returned to us will be subject to a 15% handling/re-stock charge. The returns number must be written on the outside of the package as well as on a copy of the packing list to be included in the returned package. Item(s) should be returned via a shipping method that provides tracking of package status, such as Business Post, City Link, UPS etc, as returns can not be processed for items that are not received. Products must be returned in original packaging. Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Pre-Authorised Return Number and must be sent back in original packaging. Refunds are given within 30 days of original invoice date and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
